Trails at Aspen Ridge Filing No. 3 Wet Utilities Phase 3 Site Directions: 38 45' 27.5904'' N 104 40' 38.8848'' W Question Deadline 12/18/2023 at 5:00 PM MT, Any questions concerning this bid shall be submitted and must be directed in writing to: Chase Hanusa, PE; Chanusa@idesllc.com and Andrew Gaittens; agaittens@idesllc.com. The Project includes the following Work: Trails at Aspen Ridge Filing No. 3 Wet Utilities Phase 3 improvements shall consist of mobilization, bonds, insurance, permitting, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water, and any and all other work necessary to complete the work in accordance with Contract Documents including the plans and specifications. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Bidders are hereby advised the Owner reserves the right to not award a Contract until sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of Bids, and Bidders expressly agree to keep their Bids open for the sixty (60) day time period. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informality, technicality or irregularity in any Bid, to disregard all non-conforming, nonresponsive, conditional or alternate Bids, to negotiate contract terms with the Successful Bidder, to require statements or evidence of Bidders qualifications, including financial statements, and to accept the proposal that is, in the opinion of the Owner, in its best interest. Owner also reserves the right to extend the Bidding period by Addendum if it appears in its interest to do so.
