Question Deadline 12/15/2023 at 10:00 AM CT A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Furnish and install all necessary materials for a complete, fully automatic, and reliable pumping system for proposed Transfer Pump Station No. 1, Transfer Pump Station No. 2, and Transfer Pump Station No. 3. Work includes but is not limited to intake piping, concrete slab, wet well, pumping station, interconnection piping, pump house, site work, stormwater pollution prevention as indicated on the drawings, and electrical/instrumentation/controls, supply and installation of an irrigation pumping system. Work shall include all startup and commissioning for a complete pump station. Site work also includes existing irrigation sprinklers, piping and all associated appurtenances to be relocated from conflicts with proposed improvements. Complete in Place. 1,300 LF of 4-inch through 8-inch non-potable water line and all appurtenances Storm Water Pollution Control Restoration of the site Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. If plans, specifications and bid documents are not initially available for download, they will be available for review at the office of the Engineer. The Front Office and Receptionist Desk are located on the 5th floor (Suite 500).
