The City of Everett is seeking a contractor to provide repairs to approximately 206 overhead doors and automatic gates. This solicitation includes an assortment of different entries including electric garage doors, manual garage doors, electric rollup doors, manual roll-up doors, and electric gates. Examples of required services may include service calls for repairs, repairs to existing systems, and urgent repair services extending beyond scheduled or planned maintenance. This contract should not be used to include major structural work, such as new installations or replacement of outdated materials. The city will be the sole determinator if the work requested meets the needs and requirements of this contract.
