The Contractor shall furnish all labor, superintendence, materials, plant power, light, heat, fuel, water, tools, appliances, equipment, supplies, and means of construction necessary for proper performance and completion of the Work. The Contractor shall obtain and pay for all necessary local building permits. The Contractor shall perform and complete the work in the manner best calculated to promote rapid construction consistent with safety of life and property and to the satisfaction of the Engineer, and in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall clean up the Work and maintain it during and after construction, until accepted, and shall do all Work and pay all costs incidental thereto. He shall repair or restore all structures and property that may be damaged or disturbed during performance of the Work. The City of Edgewater is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the Rehabilitation of Lift Station #11, located at 991 Wildwood Blvd, (Latitude / Longitude: 28.985546, -80.922844). The project includes removal of the existing pumps, lift station piping, and valve vault as well as lining of the existing wet well, installation of two (2) submersible pumps, valve vault, electrical, control panel, underground electric and a diesel-driven emergency bypass pump. The Engineer's Estimate is $559,900.
