This project will construct a four-lane concrete roadway from Bardin Road to Green Oaks Boulevard. Improvements for this project include storm drainage, sidewalks, pavement markings, streetlights, traffic signals, street signs, communication conduit, landscaping and irrigation. The Engineer's estimate for this project is $14,288,512.40. A cashier's check or an acceptable Bidder's Bond payable to the City of Arlington, Texas, in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the largest possible total for the bid submitted, must accompany the bid. A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, will be required. Prospective bidders are encouraged to participate.
