The purpose of this project is to improve safety and traffic operation while accommodating safer pedestrian and bicyclist movements. Construction will include concrete curb and ADA sidewalk ramp improvements, bicycle ramp facilities, drainage improvements, bituminous asphalt roadway resurfacing, signage and striping, landscaping, lighting improvements, and utility relocations.
