Grand Coulee Dam RPP, LPP and PGP Battery Room Upgrades, Spokane, Washington, Bureau of Reclamation C-PN Region The Bureau of Reclamation, Columbia Pacific-Northwest Region, has a need for construction at the Grand Coulee Dam site located on Highway 174 about 80 miles of Spokane. Work has not been conducted previously and is a new project at the Grand Coulee Dam. The work includes replacement of the aging batteries of the right power plant, left power plant, pump generating plant and the Washington power plant of Grand Coulee Dam, as well as the refurbishment of the battery rooms as necessary to allow for system maintenance and adhere to environmental and safety codes. The Rough order of Magnitude (ROM) for this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. Establish contractor Question and Answer (Q&A) cut-off date. The final date for contractor Q&A is 1400 Mountain Daylight Time, on July 12th, 2024. No contractor questions will be accepted after this date and time. Please direct all questions to the Contracting Officer Michael Naseath at mnaseath@usbr.gov and the Contract Specialist Elidec Frias at efrias@usbr.gov. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment required to furnish and provide installation of backup power Solar PV at the Sachuest Point National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
