The playground area encompasses two (2) target age groups; 2- 5 yr. old and 5 -12 yr. old respectively. Project Location: The Project is located in Lake Eva Park at 555 Ledwith Ave., Haines City, FL 33844 Scope of Work: 1. Remove/Dispose of existing playground equipment, footers and spoils from the dig out - where applicable. 2. Furnish and install/retrofit new inclusive playground equipment - must be approved by owner. Installation shall include additional inclusive style swings. 3. Provide a site layout plan depicting the location of all proposed equipment and components. Layout shall be shown on an attached site plan. The submission of multiple layout designs is encouraged. 4. Playground installation services shall be in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and performed by a certified installer. 5. Installer is responsible for protecting surrounding sidewalks and landscaping areas. 6. Repair disturbed/damaged areas with poured-in-place rubber playground surfacing that is ASTM approved & ADA compliant. Color to be approved by owner. Furnish and install new inclusive playground equipment - must be approved by owner. Installation shall include additional ADA/ inclusive style swings. 2. Playground installation services shall be in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and performed by a certified installer. 3. Provide a site layout plan depicting the location of all proposed equipment and components. Layout shall be shown on an attached site plan. The submission of multiple layout designs is encouraged. 4. Installer is responsible for protecting surrounding sidewalks and landscaping areas. 5. Deliver and install 8" of Engineered ADA Compliant IPEMA Certified - ASTM F1292 & F1951 Compliant Wood Fiber or approved equal. 6. Install concrete curbing, if required.
