Site Directions: 20 McDougal Industrial Complex Lovelock, NV 89419 In accordance with the Contract Plans and Specifications, the Project consists of the preparation and recoating of approximately 50% of the internal coating on 310-feet of two 48-inch diameter penstocks. All contractors are encouraged to submit value engineering alternatives for owner consideration. All proposals shall be accompanied by a bid amounting to not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid and payable to said Owner signed by the bidder and a corporate security, or a cashier's or certified check payable to the order of PCWCD (Owner) for the said amount. Said shall become payable to Owner or said check shall be forfeited in case the bidder depositing the same does not, within (21) days after written notice that the Contract has been awarded to him/her: (a) enter into a Contract with the Owner, and (b) furnish certificates of insurance, a of faithful and a as described in the Contract Documents. PCWCD reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in a bid and to make awards in the interest of the PCWCD. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in any bid or in the bidding for any reason whatsoever. No bidder shall withdraw his or her bid for a period of sixty (60) Calendar Days after the date of the opening thereof. All bidders and their proposed subcontractors must hold a valid license of a class corresponding to the work to be done as required by the State of Nevada's Contractor's License Law in addition to any applicable business licenses in the local jurisdiction of the work.
