Reference Number 0000258498 Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for tenders to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” construction services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location(s) mentioned above. The SOA will be for a period of one (1) year for an estimated value of $ 300,000.00 with a possibility of two (2) additional one-year periods for a maximum value of $ 900,000.00. The scope of this specification includes the supply of all materials, labor, tools, equipment, vehicles, transportation, and supervision required for the execution of civil works at the Montreal and Saint- Hubert garrisons. 1 The scope of work will be specified with each call-ups; 2 The works include, but are not limited to; Excavation and Backfilling Repairs of Sidewalks and Concrete Curbs; Deforestation; Installation of Guardrails; Repair and Installation of Underground Conduits; Installation of Manholes and Sumps; Repair of Fences and Railings; Repairs Related to Infrastructures Such as Paved Streets, Landscaping; Supply of Trucks and Machinery for Work to Be Carried Out by Dnd. Performing excavation and backfilling to access the section or component of the underground network targeted by the work. The types of networks present at the Montreal garrison include sanitary, stormwater, domestic water, and fire protection conduits; Establishing a diagnosis and, upon approval by the DND Representative, performing the necessary work to restore the affected network and related components.
