The 20th Contracting squadron would like to establish a BPA for the repair and replacement of light bulbs and solar cells on aircraft sunshades. This will enable GPC to be utilized as the method of payment for the replacement and repair of light fixtures. Questions Cutoff Date 30 October 2023 Project Title: Repair and/or replace electrical components Period of Performance: 5 Year BPA The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, permits, transportation, and perform all operations necessary to: 1. Contractor shall purchase, replace, and dispose of burned-out bulbs on 13 sunshades as requested in accordance with OSHA regulations. Contractor will not be called out unless a minimum of 30 bulbs need replaced. 2. Bulb type GE Multi-Vapor Lamp 1000-watt, Part number MVR1000/U, Rated life 11,000 hours or suitable substitute bulb. 3. Contractor shall replace components as needed for operation of lighting system. Ballast, capacitors, photocells. Sunshade is approximately 27ft 7 in high and there are 6 fixtures per aircraft parking space on Alpha through Michael row and 6 fixtures per aircraft parking spaces on Romeo row as well as 10 smaller "obstruction lights" between spots. 4. Contractor shall provide as a minimum a 1-year parts and labor warranty. 5. Contractor will provide an hourly rate for the repairs, replacement and troubleshooting services. Equipment, parts and materials will be itemized and paid for at cost on a per call basis with the contracting officers approval. 6. The contractor shall be a certified electrician and or be in an electrician's apprenticeship in order to perform the work as required to diagnose, repair and replace the lighting elements of aircraft suns
