We’ve obtained documents for this project and are currently processing them.
This is to Remodel the Veterans Affairs Building #257 in Los Angeles CA and was originally bid off of 50% Dwgs as a Design Build project in late 2022. We (Talion Construction) have already been awarded this project by Veterans Affairs and we currently have our site super in place on the site. Since this is a Design Build Contract between the VA and Talion Construction, we have been working with our design team to develop the attached drawings which are currently @ 90%. They are getting close to completion so I want to get this up officially so we can get the final pricing and get the BUY OUTS completed. Once that is done we can make the final adjustments in cost once we have the 100% CD dwgs. ready. The plan is to start the actual work in early December 2023, and will be divided into 3 phases beginning with the West Wing of the building and then moving to the Middle and then the East Wing.
