A separate performance bond and payment bond, or their equivalents, each equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount will be required of the successful bidder, and the bonds shall be satisfactory to the Town Board of the Town of Colonie ("Town Board") and the Town's town attorney Purchase Type Term: 01/01/2024 12:00 AM EST - 12/31/2024 11:59 PM EST The Town Board reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all submitted.
