In submitting your quote, you must comply with the instructions found herein. "This solicitation is authorized pursuant to Government Code Section 14838.5, which provides for the award of contracts for the acquisition of goods, services, or information technology that has an estimated value of greater than $5,000.00, but less than $250,000.00, to a certified SB, including a Micro Business, or a Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise." A bid of $250,000 and above will result in rejection of your bid due to non-responsiveness.
