Objective: CDFA Fairs and Expositions Branch (F&E) of the Marketing Services Division is looking to procure caches of large animal panels to be hosted at fairground sites across the state to assist in animal sheltering operations. The large animal panels at fairground locations can be used to create 20 stalls that measure 10 feet by 10 feet in length and width and stand approximately five feet in height. Specifications: Panel components are to be made with steel manufactured in the United States of America Panels are to be built in the United States of America Panel deliveries are to include shipping/storage racks to allow the ability to conveniently store and transport sets of pens. Panel components must provide some form of rustproofing by way of powder coating or Direct-to-Metal (DTM) paint. If color options are available, something similar to "Moss Green" (Product # RAL 6005) Products must be delivered, invoiced, and paid for prior to 1 December 2023 due to the expiration of the ASPCA grant funds. Specifications provided in Attachment A- Panel Blueprints Images Vendor shall coordinate delivery with CDFA Contact Kenneth Anater. Specific delivery instructions to be provided upon award of purchase order. CDFA Shall: Act as liaison between Fairgrounds and Vendor. Inspect and approve panel components. Approve invoices once products have been delivered. SECTION 14838 ET SEQ.
