Gardner High School - HVAC and Electrical Upgrade. Acoustical Tile, Electrical, HVAC, Painting, Roofing and Flashing. The Work includes the following major items: a. Demolition and removal of existing main electrical switchboard and select panelboards. b. Installation of owner furnished main electrical switchboard and select panelboards. c. Demolition and removal of existing ceiling and lighting in the Auditorium lobby, corridor, and workshop area as shown. d. Furnish and install new ceiling and lighting in lobby, corridor and workshop area as shown. e. Furnish and install new lighting in Auditorium. f. Furnish and install a rooftop air handling unit on the Auditorium roof. g. Added structural steel support for AHU and acoustical reflector panel. h. Paint Auditorium ceiling. i. Install power to panelboards, HVAC equipment and lights as specified The scope of work consists of upgrading select HVAC systems and electrical gear; replacing, or removing and reinstalling, existing ceilings and lighting systems as required to facilitate the HVAC, Electrical, and Structural work per the construction documents. Select existing steel will be reinforced to support proposed HVAC equipment. Roof patch work and flashing will be required for HVAC rooftop units. Concrete pads will be required for HVAC units on grade. Select electrical switchgear and panel boards will be furnished by owner, installed by the Electrical subcontractor. All questions and requests for clarification or interpretation of the Bid Documents shall be in writing and addressed to the Purchasing Agent, Question Deadline 11/08/2023
