This project is for ADA curb ramp upgrades, pavement marking installation, and signage at the intersection of Wentz Road and Cherry Lane in Whitpain Township. All proposals (bids) are to be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the total bid. The Township reserves the right to waive any minor informalities, irregularities or defects in the bid, or to reject any or all of the bids. The successful Bidder must comply with Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, during which time the Township may review the bids and investigate bidder qualifications. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 11/8/2023 5:00 PM . Questions must be submitted via electronically by November 8, 2023 at 5:00 PM.
