Blanket/Contract End Date: 07/31/2025 Allow Electronic Quote: Yes Informal Bid Flag: No This is an Invitation to Bid to provide survey, analysis, and documentation of the Sun Pass Timber Stand and Wildlife Habitat Improvements Project on the Fremont Winema National Forest. If you are interested in Bidding please download and review all attachments and return all required documentation before Bid Closing Date and Time. There is no scheduled Pre-Bid meeting. Wood Oregon Department of Forestry Klamath-Lake District office: (541) 883-5681 email: brady.wood@odf.oregon.gov Bid and all required submittal items must be received by the SPC on or before Closing. Bids received after the Closing will not be accepted. All Bid modifications or withdrawals must be completed prior to Closing. Bids received after Closing are considered LATE and will NOT be accepted for evaluation. Late Bids will be returned to the respective Bidder or destroyed. ODF may reject a Bid for any of the following reasons: Bidder fails to comply substantially with all prescribed ITB procedures and requirements, including but not limited to the requirement that Bidder has authorized representative sign the Bid in ink. Bidder fails to meet the responsibility requirements of ORS 279B.110. Bidder makes any contact regarding this ITB with State representatives such as State employees or officials other than the SPC or those the SPC authorizes, or makes inappropriate contact with the SPC. Bidder attempts to influence inappropriately a member of the Evaluation Committee. Bid is conditioned on ODF's acceptance of any other terms and conditions or rights to negotiate any alternative terms and conditions that are not reasonably related to those expressly authorized for negotiation in the ITB or Addenda.
