The work necessary for the completion of this contract consists of obtaining City building permits, replacement of various doors, concrete work, adding automatic door openers, upgrading interior finishes and fixtures, painting, installing new LED light fixtures and controls, IT installations, and replacing the existing built up roof and fascias. This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations.
