The City of Oxnard is seeking pricing from qualified vendors within a 10 mile radius for Electrical Supplies to be delivered to the City of Oxnard or available for pick up at the local store front. October 31, 2023 Last day for Questions by Bidders The period of performance anticipated for this solicitation shall be for one (1) year, with the option to extend one (1) additional year with each year renewable in one (1) year increments from December 16, 2023 through June 30 2024 or effective upon signature of an Agreement by both parties, unless terminated earlier. This annual renewal shall be based on mutually acceptable services, cost adjustments, and the City requirements. There is no obligation by the City to purchase any specified amount of goods or services. The vendor shall provide pricing for electrical products, supplies, equipment and other related as required by the City of Oxnard to be used in the daily operation for multiple City Divisions including but not limited to the Public Works Department. All products shall be new and unused. Remanufactured or refurbished products are not acceptable, in lieu of new products, unless authorized by the City of Oxnard. Products can be cross referenced to any equivalent or equal to brand. The City is requesting same day delivery or pick up, when available. The City is also requesting a general percentage discount for other products not in the item list, and access to full catalogs of other items in vendor’s purview.
