The Work of this contract includes improvements of multiple intersections in the Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) of City of Kent, Des Moines, Federal Way and Washington State Departments of Transportation (WSDOT). The Work consists of signal improvements, grading, drainage, paving and channelization, cast-in-place and soldier pile retention walls along public right-of-way, and wetland mitigation. The Work of this contract shall be completed in accordance with the contract milestones. COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY: In furtherance of its Small Business Participation Program, and its Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program, Sound Transit has established the following Small Business and DBE Goals for this Contract: Small Business Goal is 0% DBE Goal is 7% ENGINEER’S ESTIMATE: $7,150,000 - $8,500,000 FEDERAL FUNDING: This project is funded by a federal grant and is subject to federal requirements. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
