The anticipated date of the proposed A-E Contract is on or before January 15, 2024 The Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center in Augusta, Georgia is seeking a qualified Architectural firm to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and to include Schematics, Development, Construction Documents, Technical Specifications, Construction Period , Visits, Cost Estimates, As-Built Documentation, and all other related necessary for the Replace Uptown Cooling Tower This project will replace old and beyond end-of-life cycle 4-cell Marley Cooling tower, speed motors, tower fill and severely rusted structural supports. The project will also replace Basin and dispersion Valves. The project will address FCA issues and will make required energy and sustainability upgrades. disciplines include but are not to architectural, fire protection, plumbing, structural, HVAC, electrical, data and communications, and estimating The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
