Reference Number 0000333544 This project is for the furnishing, installation, testing, and startup of process piping, process valving, process instrumentation, and water treatment equipment to be used for the production of potable water at an existing Well Treatment Facility, Linn Drive. The project also includes modifications to existing building openings, electric system, and HVAC systems. The project site is located within the first floor of the Verona Township Community Center Annex Building. The existing well treatment facility is comprised of one room. This project will involve the installation of the aforementioned items in the existing treatment room, an existing garage area, and an existing storage room. The installation of treatment equipment includes cartridge filtration and two sets of pressure vessels with adsorbent media to treat PFAS compounds and arsenic. The arsenic treatment will also include a sodium hypochlorite storage and dosing system. The project includes the integration of process equipment and instrumentation. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required - Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 10 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 50 % -- Each proposal must be made upon the prescribed forms furnished with the contract specifications. Proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Deposit in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Money Order or Cashier's Check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount bid, provided said check or bond need not be more than $20,000.00.
