The Corporation of the City of Mississauga ("the City") is seeking the Services from a qualified Supplier to remove current piles of Contaminated Soil and Material from various City of Mississsauga park locations as well as future piles over a four (4) year time frame. The successful Bidder must provide all necessary staff, vehicles, equipment and supplies to load the Contaminated Soil on to trucks for disposal off-Site at a Ministry of Environment Certified Receiving Facility. a) Bidders must demonstrate that: They have relevant experience (with contracts of comparable size, scope and complexity) with a minimum of one contract successfully completed or in process (within the last three years); They have sufficient insurance from an insurer registered in Ontario, Canada; They have staff (including dedicated administrative staff) and capacity to properly service and administer the Contract, in the required timeframe; They have or will have access to sufficient vehicles and equipment as stated in the Specifications; b) The bidder must acknowledge they have not been charged with a violation of the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) or Occupational Health & Safety Act (OHSA), have not been in default of contract requiring surety involvement, and are not in bankruptcy proceedings, by completing the table within the City's ebidding system.
