The City of Parkland, Florida is Seeking to Obtain Competitive Sealed Bids From Qualified, State-certified Licensed General Contractors, Hereinafter Referred to as the bidder, to Resurface Twelve (12) Hydrogrid Tennis Courts Back to Full Surface Depth as Well as Laser-graded to Establish a Proper Slope at the City s Tennis Center at Quigley Park. the Work Includes All Labor, Materials, Equipment, and Obtaining All Applicable Permits, Licenses, Insurance, and Supervision Necessary to Complete the Project as Specified in Accordance With the Terms, Conditions, Scope of Work, Specifications and Requirements Contained in This Solicitation Document. Question Deadline 11/14/2023 at 5:00 PM ET Questions related to the solicitation shall be submitted to the Purchasing representative through the on-line Bidding system only by clicking on the Submit a Question button for this specific opportunity. Changes, if any, to the technical specifications or proposal procedures will only be transmitted by a written addendum which will be posted and must be acknowledged by Proposer. Each Proposal must be accompanied by a certified or cashier s check or by a Bid Bond made payable to the City of Parkland on an approved form, duly executed by the Proposer as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company acceptable the City and authorized to write such Bid Bond under the laws of the State of Florida ,in amount 5%. The amount of each payment or performance bond, if required, shall be equal to 100% of the contract price. Each payment and performance bond, if required, shall comply with the terms of Section 255.05, Fla. Stat. The City reserves the right to reject any and all security tendered to the City.
