Reference Number 0000333568 The Alabama Space Science Exhibit Commission DBA U.S. Space & Rocket Center seeks sealed bids for the removal and replacement of the existing flooring in the Space Camp Habitat No. 2 Building. The Public Bid for the flooring replacement as listed below: Total square footage is approximately 18,000. Work encompasses the installation of Luxury Vinyl Tile in (6) sleeping quarters, (15) Resident Assistant rooms, (2) rest rooms, (1) auditorium, (2) infirmaries, (2) Office areas, (2) Storage areas, (1) classroom, (1) 1st floor janitor closet, (1) Break Room, (1) Other Closet. The contractor shall furnish complete flooring services for these described areas for the U.S. Space & Rocket Center, including all reasonable and necessary , supervision, equipment, materials, and supplies in order to complete the project. Installation must be phased sequentially per floor so as to not disrupt USSRC Space Camp schedules. Flooring - the color and type of flooring shall be consistent or complimentary with the currently installed Luxury Vinyl Tile.
