Mid-County Senior Center - Roof Replacement. All conditions and requirements for Quote/Bid submission, consideration, and award including S/M/WBE requirements and bonding requirements are contained in the Invitation for Quote/Bid, which will be available Palm Beach County Reserves the Right to Waive Any Bid Irregularities, Informalities, or Technical Deficiencies and to Reject Any and All Quotes/bids. The contractor must submit the Qualification Application at least 10 calendar days before the Quote/Bid Due Date in order for its quote/bid to be considered. The work is to be done under the terms and conditions of Palm Beach County's Annual Contract - Roofing assupplemented by this Invitation for Quote/Bid. You must attend this meeting if you intend to bid this work. Questions must be e-mailed to FDO-CID-Bids@pbcgov.org at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the bid due date. Only questions received in writing will be responded to regarding this Invitation for Quote/Bid. To replace the roof per the project requirements provided below: a. Remove existing roofing system and install a new Englert Standing Seam - Snap Lock Metal Roof System or Palm Beach County (PBC) approved equivalent. b. Demolish the gutters and existing roof system down to the wood deck and dispose of it at an authorized landfi
