Install new carpet in Areas (1,2,3,9) per attached drawing. Install new commercial vinyl plank (LVT) flooring in Areas (4,5,10,11, and all 2nd floorrooms) per attached drawing. Install new light commercial roll vinyl flooring in Areas (6,7) per attached drawing. Install new light commercial vinyl stair tread Area ( 13) per attached drawing. Sand and refinish wood floors Area (8) per attached drawing. Finish floor with commercial grade Bona Traffic HD or equivalent. Clean concrete, prep and coat with commercial grade, non-slip exterior epoxy coating Interstate TZ-20-22-M-6-CG (Cement Gray Color) or equivalent. All vinyl flooring and epoxy coatings must be light commercial rated and non -slip. Include vinyl base where required.
