A Performance Bond, a Separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a Form Acceptable to Owner Will Be Required of the Successful Bidder. B. All Potential Bidders Must Self-perform a Minimum of 20% of the Work. The Contractor Shall Provide 20% Construction and/or Site Supervision as Proof of Self-performance Associated With The Contract That They Submit Bids for. Self-performance Cannot Include General Overhead (I.e. Submittals, Rfi and Rfp Paperwork, Construction Meetings, Etc.
