The main floor is approximately 4,600 square feet, with boardrooms, workstations and washrooms. The second floor is approximately 3,000 square feet, with a kitchen/training space, washrooms and workstations. It is expected that the cleaning work will be performed outside regular business hours and will be cleaned weekly for the Administration Office and bi-monthly for the Operations lunchroom. The Provider Will Be Able to Provide the Following Deliverables: Floors to Be Swept / Vacuumed Weekly, With Hard Surface Flooring to Be Washed Where Necessary and Carpets to Be Spot Cleaned When Necessary. Garbage and Recycling Containers to Be Emptied During Each Cleaning Shift and Brought to the Collection Site Outside of 329 Bronstone Drive. Rest Rooms and Toilets to Be Kept Clean at All Times, Including Toilet Bowls. Metal and Kick Plates to Be Cleaned and Polished When Necessary. Decorations to Be Dusted When Necessary. Kitchen to Include Wiping of Counters Surfaces, Tables, Chairs, Exterior Surfaces of Dishwasher, Range, Fridge and Microwave (Including Interior) to Be Wiped Off as Necessary. Furniture, Woodwork and Counter Fittings Including Filing Cabinets to Be Dusted Weekly, Cleaned and Polished as Necessary. Marks From Walls Should Be Cleaned as Necessary but Should Not Spoil the General Appearance of the Walls. Ceiling and Wall Grills Should Be Dusted and Cleaned as Necessary. Glass Doors and Inside Glass Partitions to Be Cleaned Weekly. Interior Windows Are Expected to Be Cleaned Twice Per Year as Required.
