The City of Dallas (City) seeks proposals to establish a sixty (60) month Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) master agreement for the service of a qualified Contractor to provide maintenance and repair of facilities maintained by Dallas Water Utilities (DWU), and The Dallas Marshal's Office (DMO), with other approved departments throughout the City of Dallas. An ID/IQ agreement is established when quantities of goods or services and/or delivery schedules cannot be determined. The multiple department security apparatus will include video recording servers, workstations, door access controllers, badge readers, intercom systems, CCTV cameras, network switches, network I/O modules, Keyboard, Video and Mouse (KVM) switches, encoders, cables, and wires connecting components, and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS). The proposer should be capable of providing technical support and should be available twenty-four hours a week for 365 days (24x7, 365 days basis) throughout the entirety of the contract. The proposal should include costing for different levels of support if available. The performance and payment bonds will be (insert percentage) % of the annual amount of the contract. Bonding requirements are the responsibility of the prime contractor. It is the prime contractor's responsibility to obtain and maintain the required bonding throughout the term of the contract.
