The project is to replace approximately 2485 LF of existing 8-inch sewer mains on portions of North road Street, Rodney Street, Main Street, Gander Drive, Hudson Street, West Street and Duck Creek Road using SDR 35 PVC and rehabilitation of manholes. The work includes, but is not limited to, pipe replacement, Cured-In-Place-Pipe installation, sewer main and lateral connection sealing by chemical grout, CCTV monitoring, manhole rehabilitation by concrete grout, temporary flow bypass, traffic control and restoration of all surfaces disturbed by construction. The project is located in the Town of Clayton in Kent County, Delaware. The project is expected to be funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and this is subject to the Equal Opportunity requirements of the program. Bids are especially invited from minority business enterprises and women s business enterprises (MBE/WBE). Each Bidder must submit a bid security of not less than ten (10) percent of the bid amount, in a form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the bid opening. The Town of Clayton reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids
