The Fox Metro Water Reclamation District hereby gives notice that sealed Bids will be received for the Project: 2023 Floor Rehabilitation Project. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Work consists of the preparation of existing floor and installation of Decorative Epoxy Flake Floor in the basement of the Fox Metro Water Reclamation Districts Administration Building (Building P1) and Lunch Room of the O&M Building providing all accessories, tools, and appurtenances for completion of work, in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. BID REJECTION / ACCEPTANCE: OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive any informalities in bidding or to accept the Bid or Bids, which best serve the interest of OWNER. Payment: Payment for Building P1 - Epoxy Floor Coating Work will be made at the lump sum price for Contract Item 1. CONTRACT ITEM NO. 2 - O&M LUNCH ROOM EPOXY FLOOR COATING Description: Under this Contract Item for - Building P1 - Epoxy Floor Coating, furnish all labor, materials, and perform all work for preparation of existing floor and installation of epoxy floor coating in Building P1 Basement area; and all work shown and specified, except for Work specifically included under other Contract Items. Payment: Payment for O&M Lunch Room Epoxy Floor Coating Work will be made at the lump sum price for Contract Item 2.
