As part of this project, the Cegep wishes to retain the services of a project management firm to support it in the management of construction, redevelopment and repair work, among others for a first expansion project. and subsequently possible future projects. The planned work is necessary to meet growing needs, following the increase in the educational estimate to 3,375 students. The work locations consist of a site and occupied and active buildings. The first mandate concerns an expansion which should see the light of day for occupancy in the summer of 2026. The work with the firm selected for project management should therefore begin quickly in December 2023.
