Selective demolition of existing partitions, ceilings, flooring, doors, casework, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection. b. Hazmat Remediation c. Salvage and relocation of items. d. ADA upgrades e. Toilet Room renovations, reconfigurations. f. New finishes throughout g. Heating and air conditioning systems h. New interior paint and finishing 3. Site improvements: a.
