Erie Station Improvements Project - Electrical Contractors The contract duration is 772 calendar days (26 months) from the Notice to Proceed. The Electrical Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, insurance, bonds, permits, and services necessary to complete work. The Electrical Contractor shall properly install, adjust, and put in operation the respective portions of the work as specified and to interconnect the various items or sections of the work to form a complete and properly operating system. The work includes, but is not limited to the following items: the installation of three (3) new elevators, elevator machine room, new station lighting, CCTV system upgrades, new telecommunications systems, and new security and fire alarm system improvements. All questions pertaining to this request must be submitted, via email, to the Contract Administrator listed below. All questions must be received no later than Friday, November 10, 2023 at 4:00 pm ET to be guaranteed an answer. Answers will be sent to all bidders, via an Addendum, no later than Friday, November 17, 2023 at 2:00 pm ET. Any inquiries regarding this bid must be directed to Karen Cyphers of the Procurement, Supply Chain and DBE Division at kcyphers@septa.org. A change, modification, or clarification to the Contract Documents can only by affected by a written Addendum issued by SEPTA via our ePS. SEPTA retains the right to reject any and all bids as determined to be in the best interest of SEPTA. Each bid submitted shall remain firm for at least ninety (90) days from the date of the Bid Opening and may not be withdrawn in whole or in part during that time. By submitting a bid, the bidder certifies that the bid price is held firm for that time and any extension thereof.
