The Project or Work consists of the replacement of valves and piping inside the flow control valve vault located on the Williamsburg Treatment Plant Outfall and the installation of a new valve control panel. The work generally includes, but is not limited to, installation of process piping, electrical systems, control systems, and associated trade work. In addition, line stop flow diversions and bypass pumping is required to maintain flow through the plant outfall diffuser while work is being performed. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid shall be submitted electronically with each Bid.
