The City of Santa Ana (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms and organizations (Proposers) to provide grounds maintenance services to City parks, bike trails, open spaces, and parking lots Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline All questions must be submitted in writing through this site by 4:00 PM on or before November 2nd, 2023. A written response will be provided via electronically email notification. If your firm is considered one the top three lowest bids a physical copy of the bid bond is due 3 business days after the bid closes. If the bid bond is not received by Wednesday October 25th, the City will move on to the next lowest bidder and so forth. The bidder is solely responsible for "on time" submission of their electronic bid. The City will only consider bids that have been transmitted successfully and have been issued an e-bid confirmation number with a time stamp from the Bid Management System indicating that bid was submitted successfully. Transmission of bids by any other means will not be accepted. Bidder shall be solely responsible for informing itself with respect to the proper utilization of the bid management system, for ensuring the capability of their computer system to upload the required documents, and for the stability of their internet service.
