You are invited to submit an offer and delivery date for the supply of the aluminium sign blanks as specified in the attached Bid Table to the City of Victoria. All signs should be 5052 H38 material 12 or 8 gauge sign grade aluminum, free from burrs, etched both sides and with square, 0.5", or 1.5" radius corners (or metric equivalent). Items complete with 2 holes shall have 1/2 " holes, centered 2" from edge. Items complete with 3 holes shall have 1/2 " holes, one in center and two centered 2" from edge. All signs should be free of advertising and/or supplier decals. Your price should not include G.S.T. or P.S.T. and should be F.O.B. Public Works Sign & Paint Shop, 417 Garbally Road, freight prepaid. Applicable taxes may be listed separately. The City reserves the right to accept any or none of the offers submitted and will evaluate offers based on the best overall value to the City and not necessarily the lowest price.
