Sealed bids are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the Luensmann Offsite Water Main Extension (Phase 1) Project, SAWS Job No. 23-1043. This contract includes construction of approximately 15,400 LF of 24" water main. To view additional project information, as well as obtain the specifications for this project, visit our website electronically and click on the Business Center. There is no Pre-Bid Meeting requirement for this solicitation. For questions regarding this solicitation, technical questions or additional information, please contact Rodolfo Martinez, Contract Administrator, in writing via email to: Rodolfo.martinez@saws.org until 4:00 pm (CDT) on November 9, 2023. Answers to the questions will be posted to the web site by 9:00 am (CDT) on November 16, 2023, as a separate document or included as part of an addendum. Electronic bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price.
