Mechanically fastened membrane roofing system over 1/2 " dense protection board over tapered and flat insulation installed for 130 mph wind uplift resistance. Scope of work: 1. Mechanically attach tapered and polyisocyanurate insulation boards underlayment approved by manufacturer. 2. Mechanically attach .060 mil white reinforced PVC membrane. Basis of Bid: Bidder must include all alternates shown on bid form; failure to comply may be cause for rejection. No segregated bids or assignments will be considered. The Intent of the Owner, if he accepts alternates is to accept alternates in the order in which they are listed on the Bid Form. Determination of the low bidder shall be on the basis of the sum the Base Bid and alternates accepted. However, the owner shall reserve the right to accept alternates in any order which does not affect determination of the low bidder.
