Inspection, Testing and Maintenance (ITM), Petroleum Storage Tank Management 5 CDSB Gagetown, Oromocto, NB Description: Inspection Testing and Maintenance (ITM) services for 5CDSB Gagetown's inventory of petroleum storage tank systems (including NB & PEI Armouries/remote sites). The ITM is required to maintain the inventory in compliance with Federal Regulations and to promote environmental protection and stewardship by adhering to regulations, codes and standards as well as industry best management practices. The work would include, but may not be limited to, the following: Annual inspections of the entire inventory of storage tank systems (to include completing any preventive maintenance and/or essential maintenance identified during annual inspection); Annual cleaning and inspection of Oil Water Separators (OWS); Annual inspection and maintenance of all Oil Water Interceptors (OWI) and maintenance; Bulk Fuel Facilities storage tank internal inspections; Annual performance testing and precision leak testing; STI SP001 Inspections of entire inventory to be completed (5-year cycle); Internal cleaning and inspection of field-erected tank at Central Heating Plant (10-year cycle); Miscellaneous additional associated work, as required, to ensure the storage tank inventory remains in compliance with the Federal Regulations and/or codes, including but not limited to, minor spill response, upgrade/new storage tank installation (including engineering support/design as needed) Any questions pertaining to the sponsoring process through the ISP can be addressed to: Telephone Number: (613) 998-8974; or Email address: ISP.Sponsorship@dcc-cdc.gc.ca Any questions relating to this Advance Procurement Notice can be addressed to: Yuriy Klitynskyy Team Leader, Contract Services Defence Construction Canada (506) 471-3972 yuriy.klitynskyy@dcc-cdc.gc.ca The estimated contract period will be 0 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/11/29.
