Galveston County Road and Bridge is seeking a vendor to furnish all labor, material, and equipment necessary to perform all operations for the application of an asphalt rejuvenating agent to asphaltic concrete surface courses. No bond is required with this Invitation to Bid. The net price will be delivered to Galveston County, including all freight, shipping, and license fees. Galveston County is tax-exempt and no taxes should be included in your proposal pricing. Upon satisfaction of contractual terms (e.g. goods delivered in the promised condition, services rendered as agreed, etc.), contractor shall be paid via Galveston County's normal accounts payable process. The Galveston County Commissioners' Court reserves the right to waive any informality and reject any and all bids and accept the bid or bids which, in its opinion, are most advantageous to Galveston County with total respect to the governing laws.
