Part of the Downtown Implementation Plan included making the alley on the south side of East State Street, east of Great Western Bank and directly adjacent to a multi-family building a pedestrian alley. This could potentially be a Sponsored Project, so it was removed from the State Street Project and is a standalone project, This is eligible for received Sponsored Project Funds, but there are aspects of the project that are not eligible. Estimated Budget: 30,000 Design Engineering (FY24) 285,000 Construction (20% FY24 _ 57,000 / 80% FY25 _ 228,000) 35,000 Construction Engineering (20% FY24 _ 7,000 / 80% FY25 _ 28,000) As of October 24, 2023 this project is included in the Capital Improvement Program for FY2023-2027. Project is funded for FY24-25 *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
