The Town of Palm Beach, Florida ("The Town") is hereby inviting qualified contractors to submit competitive bids to perform grooming services for Town Tennis Centers in Seaview Park and Phipps Ocean Park, consisting of a total of 13 tennis courts. The Town only accepts online submittal of bids through Bonfire, the eProcurement platform linked to the Town website, promoting a greener footprint. In order to participate, your firm must be registered with Bonfire; you may do so at NO charge. Instructions can be found in Bonfire. Attendance is strongly recommended as this is the only forum to meet and discuss with Town staff regarding this bid. Instructions to attend are detailed on the advertisement page of the solicitation in Bonfire. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any technicalities or irregularities therein. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidders, whose bids meets the requirements and criteria set forth in this Invitation to Bid. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date set for the opening thereof.
