The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) is seeking capability statements specifically from Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), as well as any other small business construction contractors for the purpose of determining if adequate competition exists to the following requirement REPLACE AHUS 22 AND 23, at the James A Haley Veterans Affairs Medical Center, at 13000 Bruce B Downs Blvd, Tampa, FL 33612. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for REPLACE AHUS 22 AND 23, as required by drawings and specifications in the hospital area identified in the project documents. The VAAR 836.204 of construction for this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $2,000,000.00. This requirement may be fulfilled by awarding a stand-alone contract for the construction of this project. It will use the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a size standard of $19M.
