Tulsa Public Schools (TPS) is inviting a proposal for a source who is able to disassemble, reinstall, and transport library shelving units. This proposal will include moving more than 59,000 books, which will be required to be transported to a TPS storage facility. The books will be returned to the library sites in the exact current alpha-numeric order in which they were removed. The Supplier must have the ability to purchase or make the exact shelving units as needed. Inquiries for information regarding procedures, proposal submission requirements, or other fiscal/administrative concerns shall be directed to my office at rfppurchasing@tulsaschools.org The performance period for services subject to this proposal shall be for an initial term commencing on the award through June 30, 2024, with two (2) one-year optional renewals. Email any technical issue and specification questions about this RFP to the Purchasing Department at rfppurchasing@tulsaschools.org by 4:00 p.m. on November 1, 2023. The district reserves the right to award multiple vendors considered the most responsive and responsible.
