Reference Number 0000333095 Removal of the Daily Production of Grit from the Yonkers Joint, Peekskill, Mamaroneck, New Rochelle, Ossining, Blind Brook and Port Chester Water Resource Recovery Facilities and from the Hutchinson and North Yonkers Pumping Stations. The work to be performed under this Contract consists of furnishing labor and equipment for this removal of daily production of grit. The Contract may be extended by mutual consent of the Contractor and the County of Westchester for three (3) additional one-year option periods, with all prices, terms and conditions for each one-year option period remaining the same as the original contract. Question Acceptance Deadline 10/25/2023 03:00 PM EDT General Requirements - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 10 % - Performance Bond 30 % - Payment Bond 30 % -- . The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond for thirty (30%) percent of the total contract amount. *The County reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid except by written request submitted at least twenty-four (24) hours before the time of opening or until the lapse of forty-five (45) days after the actual opening thereof.
