The Transportation Services Division of the Department of Public Works is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms for construction management and inspection services to assist in overseeing the construction phase for its Design-Build RNG Station project, CIP 010, at the City of El Monte Public Works Yard located at 3990 Arden Drive, El Monte, California, 91731. It is the Citys objective to complete the Projects construction and commission by February 27, 2025.The City seeks to construct the Project for its transit bus fleet and make the RNG Station available to other Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) fleets. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, in whole or part, to waive any informality in any proposal, and to accept the proposal which, in its discretion, is in the best interests of the City. Any Proposer may withdraw its proposal, without obligation, at any time prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of proposals.
