The Scope of Work for this essential services project involves the interior remodel of approximately 16,300 SF of existing tenant space located in the North Wing of an existing office building. The work includes demolition and removal of existing ceiling, light fixtures, exit signs, walls, furniture and electrical. New work includes construction of interior spaces, including new walls, various equipment, plumbing at restrooms and break room, ACT ceiling, light fixtures, electrical, IT and AV, mechanical and fire protection modifications and finishes. The newly constructed facility will include, but not limited to a main 911 Fire Dispatch Center as well as supporting offices, sleeping quarters, conference rooms, break area, food preparation/meeting room, restrooms/shower rooms, storage and various technology infrastructure spaces.
